Wooden Doors & Windows

We manufacture doors and windows in Indonesian plantation teak wood or mahogany, depending on the project requirements. Production follows the approved architectural drawings and specifications.

Ordering & Customization

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order requirements are reviewed for each product and project because they depend on the design, materials, finish, and production setup. Sample, prototype, custom-piece, and volume requirements can be discussed with the team before quotation.

Can you manufacture furniture based on our own designs?

Yes. Starwood offers full OEM and ODM services. You can send us technical drawings, reference images, or sketches and our design team will create detailed 3D renderings for your approval before production begins.

What customization options are available?

Furniture can be customized to suit the approved brief, including dimensions, Indonesian plantation teak or mahogany, finish, upholstery, hardware, and packaging. We can also work with client-supplied materials when agreed during specification.

How do I request a quotation?

Fill out our contact form or email export@starwood-furniture.com with your product references, quantities, finish preferences, and delivery destination. The team will review the brief and respond with the information needed to prepare a project-specific quotation.

Materials & Quality

What types of wood do you use?

For furniture, we work with Indonesian plantation teak wood and mahogany. Teak is used for indoor and outdoor collections, with outdoor pieces treated and finished for exterior use. Mahogany is available for indoor furniture, doors, and windows. For wooden-house structures, we use Bangkirai wood, also known as Yellow Balau, and manufacture to the approved architectural drawings and project requirements.

Which certifications and timber-legality credentials does Starwood list?

Starwood lists FSC Chain of Custody, SVLK Timber Legality, and ISO 9001:2015 quality-management credentials. Their current certificate scope and the documents applicable to a specified material, product, or shipment should be reviewed with the team before an order.

How do you ensure product quality?

Quality checks are carried out against the approved drawings, dimensions, materials, finish, hardware, and packaging requirements. Any project-specific inspection or testing requirement should be agreed in the specification and quotation before production.

Do you offer sample pieces before bulk production?

Samples or prototypes can be discussed before volume production where they are appropriate to the project. Scope, cost, and timing depend on the design, materials, finish, and approval requirements and are confirmed in the quotation.

Shipping & Logistics

What is the typical production lead time?

Production timing is confirmed for each quotation after the team reviews quantities, design complexity, materials, finishes, approvals, and current production planning. Buyers should rely on the agreed project schedule rather than a universal website estimate.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

Shipping terms, freight responsibilities, documentation, and the handover point are agreed for the individual destination and order. Ask the team to state the applicable Incoterm and responsibilities clearly in the quotation.

How is the furniture packaged for shipping?

Packaging is planned for the approved product, finish, assembly method, destination, and transport route. Any crate, treatment, flat-pack, assembly, or destination-specific documentation requirement should be confirmed in the order specification.

Which countries do you ship to?

Starwood works with international buyers, but destination, freight responsibilities, shipping terms, and required export documents are confirmed for each order and quotation.

Professional & B2B

Do you offer trade pricing for professionals?

Yes. Architects, interior designers, hotel developers, and trade buyers can join our Trade Program for trade pricing, downloadable spec sheets, and a dedicated account manager. Get in touch through our contact page to get started.

Can you handle large hospitality or hotel fit-out projects?

Absolutely. We have supplied furniture for resort projects in the Maldives, hotel fit-outs in the Middle East, and restaurant chains across Asia. Our contract division handles end-to-end project management from design to installation support.

Do you provide installation services?

For large projects, we can arrange on-site installation supervision. Our project managers can travel to the destination to oversee assembly and quality assurance during installation.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment currency, deposit, balance, banking method, and any credit arrangement are stated in the individual quotation or sales contract. Confirm the current terms in writing with Starwood before placing an order.
