Questions for selecting outdoor chairs
Is the chair for dining or lounging?
Provide the intended seat height and the table dimensions where relevant. Check the arm height, under-table clearance and space needed to pull the chair out using the selected product's drawing.
How exposed is the installation?
Describe whether the chairs sit under cover, in open weather, beside a pool or near the coast. Include seasonal storage and cleaning arrangements when requesting material and finish details.
Which components are included?
Confirm the frame, woven panels and cushions separately where they appear in the design. Ask for the actual material and fabric references, removable-cover details and care instructions for the quoted configuration.
How will staff move and store the chairs?
State any stacking, weight, handling or storage-space requirements. Ask whether the chosen model meets them; a chair should not be treated as stackable simply because similar designs are.
